What? Oh yeah, I'm off subject again, aren't I? Back to the subject at hand....
**FREE** Wednesdays are BACK! Yesterday, on my way home from Amicalola Falls, I drove by an Arby's. I immediately went into mourning.
You see, for the month of August (and was it July too?), Arby's gave away something **FREE** every Wednesday. Boy, it was good.
Since I am not accustomed to actually cooking on Wednesdays (Church supper night) and Church suppers don't happen during the summertime around here, I was dreading a summer of actually having to COOK for my family! Ugh; persish the thought!
When along came Arby's great summer promotion of freebies every Wednesday!
Since Wednesdays were ALSO **FREE** days at Georgia Parks, our days because a tradition of hiking and then stopping by Arby's on the way home for SUPPER! (Yes, Jim-SUPPER, not DINNER because we all know DINNER is at NOON, right?)
So, imagine my mourning while driving by Arby's yesterday and suddenly realizing it was SEPTEMBER. Oh...no more free food at Arby's. But, then I wondered to myself, "Why don't they keep this promotion going? They really got a lot of business from it." Oh well, I'm sure Arby's could care less about my degree-less business philosophy!
Imagine, then, my delight when I found Maven of Savin's Arby's post this morning! They ARE continuing their freebies! Right through the month of September!
