If you follow me on either facebook or twitter, you know I just came back from my happy place (i.e., DISNEY WORLD). So, I apologize for getting this notice out to you so late. Hopefully, you will still be able to take advantage of this wonderful deal!

As you know, I posted a Toy Story 1/2 deal a while back. In it, I described how you could get both Blu-ray combo copies for as little as $12 each through Amazon. Since I don't have a magical, crystal ball like Leota (inside Disney's Haunted Mansion), I went ahead and ordered my copies because there was no way to know if Target would be issuing any special coupons this go 'round. (Normally, you can get the Disney Blu-ray/DVD combo packs for around $10 each IF Target issues a special or a printable coupon. So, I didn't think $12 was too bad!)

However, I am very happy to report that Target has indeed released a special for today's release of Disney's Toy Story 1 & Toy Story 2 Blu-ray combo packs. (One word of caution though: Disney only sends each store a set number of product, and these items sell out FAST! So, if you are interested in one, please get to your neighborhood Target early!)

Okay--enough stalling. Here is the deal. First of all, you must head over to Disney's Movie Reward site and enter in the UPC numbers off the back of your old Toy Story 1 & 2 VHS or DVD copies. Once you have entered your UPC numbers, a banner will show up letting you print a $10 coupon for each Blu-ray combo pack! (Remember, these are "brick" coupons, and you can print each one twice. Hit the back key on your browser and reprint...)

Once you have your two (2) $10 manufacturer coupons in hand, head to Target.

Target is selling each Blu-ray combo pack for $22.99, but if you buy both Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2, you will instantly get $10 off your purchase. So, let's see how that plays out:

($23 * 2) - $10 (instant sale) - $20 (2, $10 MQs) = $16

Now, hang on--we're not finished yet! Inside each Blu-ray combo pack, get this--there is a coupon good for one movie ticket to see TOY STORY 3! Each coupon is good for up to $8.50!!!

That means that (technically) both of your Blu-ray combo packs will end up being **FREE** and you will have a $1 overage! I LOVE overage! This is another great partnership between Target & Disney; a partnership that I hope will last far into the future. I would also like to commend Disney for putting our old VHS copies to good use! This is a great way to get some more bang for your buck out of your old Disney video stock.

Of course, if you don't have an old copy of TS1 or 2 lying around to do this deal, you can still get a little money off your purchase today. Here is a link to Disney's $5 coupon. Any little bit helps!
