Have you ever heard of eBillme? Me either, until just recently. But get this--you can buy things, through them, and receive a "discount" on them. (The discount comes as a percentage off, much like other similar rewards sites.)
The latest deal I received from eBillme is discounted Home Depot cards. You can receive 10% back on Home Depot egift cards when you shop and pay through your bank's on-line bill pay.
The men in my family love to give these to each other for Christmas, so this may an option I check out a little bit closer to Christmas!
