Keurig Recall!

I've run into a few friends and family members who were not yet aware of the Keurig recall.

I thought it might be a good idea to post it here.

Currently, the recall is on over 7 million K10 Mini Plus Brewing systems, which overheat and spray water during the brewing process.  Keuring  says its received over 200 reports, with 90 of those reports reporting burn-related injuries.

The brewers that have been recalled have an identification number that starts with 31.  You can find your identification number by looking on the underside of your machine.  These machines were manufactured and sold between 2009 and 2014.

You can call Keurig at 1.844.255.7886 to request a repair, or I know a few people that have taken their machines back to stores like Kohls and Bed, Bath, and Beyond.


As much as we love our coffee, it is a good idea to take this machine back if you have one and exchange it for a new one instead!
