Yes, Virginia...this IS a meat coupon.....you can believe it....Here's how to score your $.50 beef coupon:

• Visit the Souped-Up Suppers website
• Click down at the bottom where it says "Free Code Play"
• This will give you a code
• Enter the code on the previous page in the "code box"
• Fill out form to see if you are an instant winner
• Print out your $.50 coupon

That's it.  Very easy.  Note:  Not all grocery stores are listed.  I'm still printing the coupon and going to try and use it at my local grocery store.  The most they can do is say, "No."
