Pike Nurseries to Give Away TWO MILLION Lady Bugs This Weekend!

Spring is in full swing, and gardens everywhere are buzzing with more than just bright flowers and beautiful blooms.

Many beneficial bugs have returned to the landscape as well to help keep plants healthy and strong. To celebrate these “good” bugs, Pike Nurseries is hosting its annual Ladybug Weekend on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26 at all store locations!

During this event, the garden center will give away 2 million ladybugs (one free 150-count packet per purchase) to arm customers with a little ladybug luck to keep gardens healthy this season.

As part of Ladybug Weekend, Pike Nurseries is also hosting complimentary Beneficial Bugs customer classes on Saturday, April 25 at 9 a.m. and Sunday April 26 at 10 a.m. at all Pike Nurseries store locations.

Guests will learn why certain bugs – including ladybugs, praying mantis, hoverflies, and more – act as a form of organic pest control and are actually beneficial to the garden.
