I was recently contacted by American Express to try out Walmart+ (or W+) for a discounted price.
I'm not a huge fan of simplicity or letting others "help" me, but I thought - "Why not?" I decided toroll the dice and try it.
You know what? I'm so glad I did! It has been great so far.
I love the free shipping times and turnarounds and even tried out having my grocery order delivered to my front porch (a little weird to get used to but I think I could)! Was it perfect? No, it wasn't.
My Walmart shopper overlooked a few things and didn't read my note on an item, but overall, it was a trip I didn't have to make to the store.
Another thing I am enjoying with ordering online is that Walmart will replace an out of stock item with another item that is comparable. I like this because I will normally try and buy the most economical version of an item (which is usually their Great Value brand). When my GV item is out of stock, Walmart will replace it with a competitor's brand, which is normally much more expensive and therefore, not one I would have tried.
So, as you can see, there are quite a few benefits to having a W+ membership. With that in mind, Walmart has offered me a special promotional offer for all of you!
