Frankly, I don't understand this promotion. At my local IHOP, kids eat **FREE** EVERY DAY between 4PM-10PM.
Check with your IHOP; they may all do this....HOWEVER, if yours does not, then take advantage of this great promotion....for the month of August from 4PM-10PM, all kids eat **FREE**!
*Receive one (1) kid's meal with each adult meal purchased. Drinks not included.
