Yeah!  Don't we all love when Parsons opens up their Christmas shoppe?  Here are the latest events and sales at Parsons, Georgia's Finest Gift Store!

• Saturday, November 3 - Annual Trim-A-Tree Decorating Seminar - Event will be held in the space adjacent to Belk.  This is the BIGGEST Event of the Year at Parsons!  It is the perfect  way to kick off the holidays.  Parsons elves will show you how to put lights, ribbons, bows, florals, ornaments, and more on your own tree at home and also teach you how to decorate wreaths and much, much more.
  
  This event grows every year and the crowd always loves it.  You will also find out about all of the latest and greatest trends and gifts to give this year for Christmas.
  
  Every year people ask me what time to get here.  I do not know what time people start lining up at the door, but by 9:30AM there is always a line.  There will be 500 chairs this year (the most ever), and we will open the doors at 10am.  We will start the seminar at 10:30AM, and it usually lasts about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.  You do not have to stay for the whole time, but you must be present to win the door prizes....so you might want to stay!

• November 2nd and 3rd - Department 56 Events - Friday, Nov. 2, will be Village Retirement Day - receive 20% off retired pieces and Snowbabies (Cumming and Northpoint stores); Saturday, Nov. 3, Department 56 Village Signing Event (Cumming only) - Artist Cynthia Markle will be on hand to sign her pieces.
