IKEA has offered the traditional Swedish (beef/pork) meatball since coming to the U.S. 31 years ago, making them one of longest running items available at IKEA in the U.S.  However, the IKEA Food division has been rolling out new, high-quality, healthy food products to expand its offerings and meet the preferences of the many people.  IKEA now offers chicken (KYCKLINGKÖTTBULLA) and veggie (GRÖNSAKSBULLAR) balls - in addition to the Swedish (KÖTTBULLAR) meatballs - giving customers more healthy and sustainable food options.

Hi everyone! Tonight, we had a good home-cooked meal (sometimes a rarity around these parts), and it was thanks to a wonderful website called 5dollardinners.com.

Whenever I find a good blog, I like to share it with people, and this blog is certainly worth your time and subscribing to. 5dollardinners.com is a website that provides recipes for meals that can be made for $5 and under. I'm serious; it is amazing, and it can be done!

The first time I visited Erin's website, I was blown away. So many recipes to choose from!

Our meal tonight came from Erin's site: Crockpot meatballs and spaghetti (only the meatballs were in the crockpot).

Can I tell you something? They were delicious! Can I also tell you that I have never made homemade meatballs? (I know, I should be ashamed of myself, being Italian and all....) They were so easy to do! I will definitely do this again.
